Think about it? Trump is boxed into the corner having a 34-count criminal conviction plus a pile of criminal indictments against him, and his only way out is to be elected president so he can pardon himself. So far, time has been on his side, as he has been able to bleed donations out of his MAGA GOP supporters to fund his legal expenses, while at the same time he has been playing the judicial system to the max by means of the politicized federal judges he appointed to the Supreme Court and the District & Appellate courts. And Trump and his sycophant MAGA GOP elected officials keep saying they won’t ever accept the 2020 election results, and don’t intend to accept the 2024 election results if it shows Trump lost again. This anti-Constitutional illegal approach being fostered by MAGA GOP at all levels from Trump on down is being promoted and cheered on by Trump who keeps telling his followers that they have to FIGHT-FIGHT-FIGHT LIKE HELL, WITH ALL THEIR MIGHT, AND NEVER GIVE UP OR GIVE IN. So where does that leave US as Trump & Vance are continually fomenting hate among their MAGA GOP supporters who are embroiled with this deep hate founded on warped Christian nationalism used to channel their strong racist, xenophobic and misogynistic feelings against our diverse society. And the MAGA GOP is led by Trump and his ilk to mock the idea of DEI, rejecting the founding concepts of the US, such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. And the MAGA GOP platform is anti-WOKE/pro-IGNORANCE because they want to bury historical facts of the gross injustices and prejudices that occurred in our nation’s past (e.g., African American & Native Americans), that still lingers at unacceptable levels in varying degrees throughout our nation. Also part of the MAGA GOP anti-WOKE platform, is their rejection of good science as it relates to the Climate Crisis and disease/pandemic prevention (e.g., anti-vax). Given all of this, it really is hard to believe that this will all end well in Nov-Jan 2024 when one considers that the MAGA GOP supporters make up about a third or more of the US voting population.

So what should we anticipate and hope for now in the coming months, culminating in November-January, now that we know President Biden has dropped out of the presidential race, and has endorsed his VP Kamala Harris to take his place as the Democratic presidential nominee? First of all, the official process of Harris being nominated at the August 19-22 Democratic National Committee Convention (DNC) in Chicago needs to occur. And at that time, and more likely well before, Kamala Harris has to choose a VP running mate. With Harris having already received DNC delegate pledges for the nomination, it is essentially already a foregone conclusion that she is the presumptive DNC presidential nominee. Although Biden is no longer a presidential candidate, he fully intends to serve the balance of his term in office until January 20, and he also plans to remain active in the DNC election campaign as it relates to Harris and her chosen VP, and all the down ballot Democratic campaigns, especially as it relates to the US Congress and state governors.

Considering that there was a MAGA GOP Insurrection Coup Attempt as orchestrated by Trump that occurred on January 6, 2021 in an attempt to obstruct and overthrow the Constitutionally & legally mandated transfer of power to the duly elected 2020 President & VP (Biden & Harris), there is even greater reason now to expect that another Trump led MAGA GOP Insurrection/Coup Attempt will take place again following the 2024 Nov election if the Democrats win again. In anticipation of this likely second Insurrection/Coup Attempt by Trump MAGA GOP, President Biden, as our Commander in Chief must be fully prepared to defeat such an attempt to the fullest extent necessary, including the Proclamation of an Emergency/Executive Order under the Insurrection Act, which will need to stay in force until law and order is restored, and the completion of the transfer of power to the duly elected President & VP is officially certified by Congress and the Inauguration is held. This has not been discussed much in the MSM (main stream media), because nobody wants to broach this frightening topic, but it really should be given forethought, especially by the US Executive Branch (President & VP), the US Military & FBI, and the state governors (& DC Mayor), and US national guard, and state & local police forces. If a major revolt was to occur in opposition to the election results, the federal & state governments have the obligation to defend the Constitution and uphold law & order, and protect people & property to the greatest extent possible. If civil unrest (= “the emergency”) occurs to the extent that the completion of the transfer of power to the new duly elected President & VP cannot occur, it will be necessary for the current president (Biden) to remain in office and continue the Emergency Proclamation (with curfews, etc) until the matter is resolved (transfer of power completed), or for worst case scenario, a new election takes place under strict agreed upon guidelines between qualified political candidates. Although often a painful process, other nations (mostly developing/under developed nations) have dealt with this situation in order to resolve elections that have been disputed for legitimate (or illegitimate) reasons, in order to reestablish national government leadership. Of course, as we know from past history (distant & more recent), some Insurrections/Coup Attempts are successful, as the nation’s current governmental leadership is forcefully taken over by autocratic or semi-autocratic regimes, including military coups, or oligarchic coups.

So in essence, we don’t know what’s in store for US in Nov-Jan or period thereafter, but thank God Biden won in 2020 and was certified and installed as our President so Trump wasn’t given a second chance to destroy our US democracy. And thank God Biden chose Harris as his VP, and thank God he decided at this time to drop out of the presidential race as he was receiving so much pressure from DNC members and major donors, and quite possibly could have lost the election if he remained as the presidential nominee. Also thank God that Biden has committed to remain in office to fully complete his term as president. Hopefully, Kamala Harris and her chosen VP running mate will clearly win the 2024 election, so if Trump MAGA GOP attempts to dispute the election results, and perhaps again tries launching an Insurrection/Coup Attempt, there will be sound reasons for the Biden & Harris Administration to issue an Emergency Proclamation/Executive Order, and do what is necessary to restore law & order. The President has the right, the authority, and obligation to issue such an Emergency Order to defend the Constitution and the Nation and its inhabitants for an emergency declaration under the Insurrection Act, and the other two branches of government (judicial & legislative) do not. Besides voting and encouraging others to do the same, we should hope and pray that the MAGA GOP do NOT win elections and gain control of federal & state offices of any kind from the top on down, especially offices of the President and governors, and the US & state congresses (House of Representatives & Senates), and local offices  (including school boards). We all pray that great civil unrest does not erupt during the next six months and beyond, but if it does, those in power (President & governors & DC Mayor), need to PLAN, PREPARE & ACT accordingly to defend and protect our nation and its Constitution, democracy, people and property to the greatest extent needed and possible, and do not let US get defeated by the Trump MAGA GOP Insurrectionists.

Why is “Trump MAGA GOP Hate Stew” simmering and about to boil over across the US?

There’s no sense in debating anymore what’s at stake in the November election: Simply put, this is all about the US democracy ending if Trump somehow wins or steals the election in 2024. And it’s not an over statement or exaggeration to say that the “wannabe dictator” Trump and his GOP MAGA movement pose an existential threat to USA democracy and worldwide western democracies. Since November 2020, the Trump MAGA GOP, including now nominated 2024 president/vice president candidates Donald Trump & JD Vance, still all refuse to accept the 2020 election results, and now they are forecasting that they will not accept the November 2024 election results if Trump loses at the ballot box.

If Trump clearly, honestly and legally wins the election outright, there’s not much that can be done in the near term thereafter other than the nation and world enduring the catastrophic consequences while beginning the long drawn out process (multiple decades/centuries) of tirelessly working and striving to reestablish some form of democracy once again.

Without a doubt, Trump is the biggest con artist/shyster/liar and fraudster in US and world history, and he has thoroughly proven how masterful he is at controlling the population masses and the political and judicial systems to achieve his selfish and evil objectives. And using the word “evil” to describe Trump is totally appropriate, just as it was, and is, for describing other past and present autocrats such as Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Putin, Kim Ung-yong and others of their ilk.

What are the possible election outcome scenarios?

Scenario No. 1: Trump wins the election by a large margin. As mentioned before, there really isn’t any good recourse for Dem Presidential candidate to this outcome other than conceding defeat, which is why it is so essential that all eligible US voters cast their votes on November 5, and not waste their votes on third party candidates like RFK or others, which could very well help Trump win the election.

Scenario No. 2: Trump barely wins the election by just a small margin. Certainly the Dem Presidential candidate would want to challenge the election results in this instance to the greatest degree legally and practically justified. Aside from that, if there are no irregularities or apparent fraud in the election, the Dem presidential candidate would have to accept the results. If irregularities and fraud are discovered to the degree that would reverse the outcome, then the Dem presidential candidate and DNC would need to be prepared to defend the outcome in favor of the Dem candidate in an appropriate manner, not excluding the need for current residing President Biden issuing an Emergency Executive Order in accordance with the Insurrection Act if necessary.

Scenario No. 3: Dem Presidential candidate wins the election by a large margin. Under normal times this would simply result in the peaceful process of Dem Presidential candidate being inaugurated for a second term on January 20. However, we already know from the 2020 election, that Trump and his MAGA GOP forces at all levels refused to accept the audited/verified and court upheld election results of the 2020 election. Rather than doing what was right and lawful, with Trump’s prompting, MAGA GOP supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021 in an organized violent Insurrection/Coup Attempt, disrupting the Congressional process of certifying the election, resulting in multiple deaths, injuries and property damage, all while Trump calmly watched the Capitol attack for hours from the White House without doing anything to stop it.

Scenario No. 4: Dem presidential candidate barely wins the election by just a small margin. Certainly the Trump candidacy would challenge the election results extensively in this instance to the greatest degree legally and illegally possible, and just as was the case in the 2020 election, even if no legitimate irregularities or fraud are discovered by the MAGA GOP, it can easily be predicted that Trump would not concede to the Dem presidential candidate. With no respect for the Constitution and our laws, just like before, Trump and the MAGA GOP leadership will be chanting  “FIGHT-FIGHT-FIGHT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT, AND STOP THE STEAL”, which would in all likelihood result in major civil unrest, and much more death and destruction than what was experienced on January 6, 2021. It is therefore imperative that current President Biden be prepared to defend the outcome of the election and continue on with his term (even past January 20, 2025) in accordance with the Constitution and US laws to protect our nation and the world from autocratic rule in an appropriate and timely manner by promptly issuing an Emergency Proclamation/Executive Order under Insurrection Act, and enjoin Constitution/law abiding United States governors & the Washington DC Mayor to do the same in their jurisdictions.

The enormously challenging and bad part at this point in history for our US leadership (POTUS/CiC & Military) is trying to prepare and anticipate the needed timing and extent of domestic deployment in order to provide an adequate defense capable of shutting down and defeating a much broader and intense MAGA GOP insurrection/coup (compared to January 2021) in a manner to optimally minimize collateral deaths and property destruction. And the issuance of the Emergency EO should strictly be an Executive prerogative per the Constitution, and not be delayed, canceled, diminished or withdrawn by other branches of government (legislative/judicial), which are not conducive to implementing and expediting needed emergency action at a time of national crisis/disaster.

And understand, the Electoral College process for electing the US president and vice president, although legislatively amended in 2022 following the Trump MAGA GOP January 6 Insurrection/Coup, still has many imperfections and uncertainties, which in all likelihood will be misapplied/undermined and illegally violated by MAGA GOP controlled state governments to distort/diminish the actual voting results for individual states to wrongfully favor Trump. No longer does the Vice President have the official authority of certifying the Electoral College Results before Congress (as VP Pence did in 2021), but rather, now the current VP (Kamala Harris) just serves in a ceremonial role in this process, with the sole approval of the Electoral College Results coming exclusively from Congress. The Electoral College process as amended in 2022 is summarized below, with some notations related to inherent flaws in the process. During the Electoral College certification process of the 2020 election results, Trump MAGA GOP took definitive steps in an attempt to form slates of fake illegal electors contrary to established law and election results, and instead illegally chose fake electors favoring Trump in seven states (AZ, GA, MI, NM, NV, PA & WI). The fake electors matter is still under investigation, and has resulted in numerous state and federal indictments of the Trump MAGA GOP hierarchy (including Trump’s attorneys, chief of staff, etc.) for violating state and federal election laws. Given the latter, there is no reason not to expect that the Trump MAGA GOP will attempt the same elector shenanigans in the 2024 elections.

It is essential that the current Office of the President (POTUS = Joe Biden), acting under the authority of the office, and as the Commander-in-Chief (CiC) of US Armed Forces, in conjunction and close consultation with the Secretary of Department of Defense (DoD Secretary Lloyd Austin), closely monitor the election and Electoral College certification process for election subversion, and the repercussions thereof, to determine the necessity, timing and extent of a POTUS Proclamation of Emergency Executive Order (under the Insurrection Act) to restore law and order as warranted as related to the proper execution of federal elections in accordance with US Constitution and applicable laws for the ultimate purpose of maintaining continuity of the US government. If there is no legal and Constitutional resolution to the matter regarding the true winner of the November 2024 Presidential Election, the current President Joe Biden would continue on as president along with VP Harris, until the law & order is restored, and the matter is resolved, or another presidential election is held.

Electoral College Process:

First, recognize that US president & vice president are not elected by the majority of the popular vote, but rather are elected based on which candidates get the most Electoral College (EC) votes. Electoral College (EC) votes in 2024 are allocated to the individual US states based on the 2020 population census records (e.g., total EC for all states = 538, EC votes needed to win = 270, CA has most = 54, WY has least = 3). In the general election in November for US president & VP, 48 of the 50 US states & Washington DC award EC votes based on “winner take all” (e.g., candidate in CA who wins popular vote, receives 100% EC votes = 54). The exception states are Nebraska & Maine, who traditionally have split their state EC votes according to which candidates win in each of their congressional districts (1 EC vote/district), and the two additional EC votes these states have are split proportionally based on the statewide popular vote. Any State legislature could enact legislation that would change how the Governor (or Mayor of DC) appoints its electors, as long as the legislation is enacted before Election Day in the Presidential election year. There is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires electors to vote according to the results of the popular vote in their States, so the States may decide to use something other than their State’s popular vote results to direct how their electors vote. A State legislature could therefore require that its electors vote for a candidate who won the national popular vote even though they did not receive a majority of the popular vote in its State.

December 17, 2024—electors meet and vote (the first Tuesday after second Wednesday in December) in each state to select the President and Vice President of the United States.

• Prepare your Certificates of Vote.
• Pair with retained Certificates of Ascertainment.
• Send your paired Certificates of Ascertainment and Vote.

By December 25, 2024—electoral votes must be sent to arrive to designated Federal and State officials who must receive the paired Certificates no later than the fourth Wednesday in December.

DATES of General Interest:

On or before January 3, 2025— Transfer of EC Certificates occurs in late December or early January when OFR’s Legal staff meets with representatives of the Secretary of the Senate, the Clerk of the House, and Congressional Parliamentarians; at which time, Archivist transfers Certificates to Congress as requested as the new 2025 Congress assembles (or per request when the Senate or House of Representatives does not receive its set of Certificates on time).

January 6, 2025—Congress counts electoral votes at a joint session of the Senate and House of Representatives to count the electoral votes (unless Congress passes a law to change the date). The President of the Senate, the Archivist of the United States, and other designated Federal and State officials must have the electoral votes in hand at this time.

January 20, 2025, at Noon—Inauguration The President-elect and Vice President-elect take the Oath of Office and become the President of the United States and Vice President of the United States, respectively.

The likely 2024 US November general election scenario is becoming clearer by the day: In all likelihood there will be a close race for the US Presidency between Biden and Trump. Biden cannot, and must not, let the decision on who won the race be determined by MAGA GOP leaning and dominated SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) or the US Congress.  Just like in the 2000 election and the SCOTUS Bush v Gore decision that gave George W. Bush the Presidency over Al Gore in a disputed presidential race focused on the Florida election results, the same thing could happen again in 2024 if Biden wins a close election over Trump.

We all know based on the 2020 election (Big Steal/Big Lie), that if a close win occurs by Biden, Trump and the MAGA GOP will not concede in a democratic and civil manner. Ask yourself the question: If chaos and bedlam were to break out, as Trump has steadily promoted during his lunatic and demonic political career, don’t you think President Biden would be justified as the Commander in Chief (CiC) in declaring Martial Law in the form of an Emergency Executive Order (EO) in an attempt to restore order during an expected tumultuous time in our history rather than passively sitting back and hoping everything will get sorted out by the MAGA GOP controlled Congress and SCOTUS? For certain, the Democrats aren’t going to sit passively by if the election results favor Biden, and once again MAGA GOP shenanigans start up again, including by SCOTUS and Congress to somehow maliciously and falsely tip the race over to Trump. Simply put, the current President of the United States (POTUS), Joe Biden and his Department of Defense (DoD) have to be prepared for this likely chaotic event well in advance. That in itself is a good reason why Biden needs to run for a second term in order to keep POTUS continuity into 2025 while this Trump/MAGA GOP created mess gets sorted out. And certainly the reins of the Presidency cannot be turned over to Trump, the wannabe dictator, during these chaotic times while attempting to restore order and adherence to law and order and the US Constitution.

The big unknown in all of this, is how much did Trump infiltrate and contaminate the command of the DoD with MAGA GOP appointments to the US Military during his term of office? The other concern is how would the US Armed Forces of 1.4 million personnel handle an all out rebellion by the Trump MAGA GOP who far surpass that number, and are heavily armed because of the lax US gun laws, but certainly do not have the arsenal extent and technical level that could be deployed by the DoD? It should be noted, that the current US Armed Forces are down by about 40% compared to 1987, which is a good reason for the DoD to up their recruiting program ASAP. Regardless, if a significant armed MAGA GOP resisistance force was met by the US Armed Forces, things would get ugly, and civil war type death and destruction could occur in our streets and cities, impacting businesses, homes and many innocent bystanders, including families and children.

You could say this is all farfetched and this could never happen in the US, but think again what happened in pre-WW2 in Germany and Italy for example (Japan too). During that era, these countries had two extremist demagogues like Trump, including Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini who were promoting autocratic rule coupled with Nazism and Fascism. Both of these wannabe dictators at the time were skilled at propaganda, as they were espousing at rallies that all the ills and misfortunes of their societies were caused by designated scapegoats who they denigrated, such as the Jews for example, or any immigrants who they said were “poisoning the blood” of their superior race. Once these two demagogues came into government power, they attacked and even murdered their political opponents. Just like Trump has the MAGA GOP movement (Make America Great Again), Hitler had a “make Germany great again” program, after they suffered defeat in WW1 and had to give up prior conquered land areas and make other concessions as part of the war settlement imposed on them by the WW1 victors, called The Treaty of Versailles.

When political pundits say that the US is facing an existential threat in the name of Donald Trump and the MAGA GOP, it really is not an overstatement, but is real, and if Trump wins or steals a second presidential term in 2024, the US democracy could easily change to an autocracy in 2025, which is something that will be very difficult to reverse. It is well known that Trump is an extreme narcissist and is mostly out for his own personal gain in wealth and power. Based on some of the actions he has taken since his entry into the political arena (Jan 6, etc.), it is fair to say he is a psychopath who poses great danger to the US and world if he becomes the US President again.

If anyone stole the election, it was Trump in 2016 with the help of his Puppeteer, Putin of Russia. The Mueller Investigation and Report explained how that occurred, and then Trump appointed US AG Bill Barr downplayed/discredited and did not act on the Report, and neither did the US Congress. And don’t forget later Congress impeached Trump twice: first for attempting to Bribe the Ukraine President with US Military aid, and then a second time when Trump incited and orchestrated the Jan 6 Capitol Riot and Insurrection/Coup attempt. Of course for both of these historical and justified impeachments, the MAGA GOP US Senators acquitted Trump and did not remove him from office as they should have.

It is well known that Trump has a fraudulent history (e.g., Trump University), and he gravitates to and admires autocrats/dictators, such as Russia’s Putin, China’s Xi and N Korea’s Kim Jong-Un and others of their ilk. He has been indicted now on 91 felony criminal counts, including illegal hoarding of US classified documents, attempted US [and Georgia] election fraud/subversion/racketeering, inciting US Insurrection and attempted coup, and payment of bribery hush money to cover up two affairs during the 2016 election. Additionally, he has had numerous major civil lawsuits filed against him involving his NY nonprofit organization and Trump University (both forced to shut down), loan/taxes fraud on NY real estate, and sexual assault/character defamation. On the felony charges, it is difficult to say whether the trials will be completed before the Nov 2024 election, and if he is found guilty and gets a prison sentence, there is nothing in the Constitution that says a convicted felon cannot run for and hold the office of US President, which likely would be perfectly acceptable to the MAGA GOP.

Trump never holds back on what he says publicly, and makes it clear what his beliefs and intentions are, as for example:

• Plans to be a “dictator” on day one of his second term.
• Calls deceased Veterans, many who were injured or killed in past wars, “suckers and losers”.
• Says he “could shoot someone on 5^th Ave” and wouldn’t lose any voters.
• Nazi Hitler talk: says “Immigrants poison our blood” and calls political opponents “vermin”.
• Praises dictators, calling them “brilliant”, such as Putin, Xi, Kim Jong-Un, etc.
• Calls for release of Jan 6^th convicted criminals and calls them “hostages”, and promises to pardon them.
• Says USA has the worst laws and wants to terminate the US Constitution.
• Says Lincoln should have negotiated slavery to avoid Civil War.
• Plans to “deconstruct” the federal government and go after all his opponents for retribution.
• After Charlottesville, VA riot, said that white supremacists were “good people”.
• Inflames and encourages violent acts by telling rally attendees to knock the hell out of political opponents, threatens election poll workers, and tells state and federal DOJ officials and their staff and judges, that if you go after him, later he/we (MAGA GOP) will go after you.

Come this fall 2024, there likely could be sound reasons for President Biden as CiC to issue and declare an Emergency Executive Order to save our US democracy. Whether he will plan for, and issue an EO if the need arises, remains to be seen. Just like our planet may be nearing a tipping point in a matter of years or decades related to Climate Change, our US democracy may be nearing a tipping point in a matter of months, which will require drastic and timely action by the leader of the free world, President Joe Biden. Such action by Biden is not something he needs to negotiate with the MAGA GOP extremists, just like Abe Lincoln who refused to negotiate with the Confederates on Constitutional violating acts of slavery that existed in southern states and was about to be expanded to other regions in US. We are at a time when drastic action needs to be taken in response to the drastic actions the Trump MAGA GOP have taken so far and in the near future to undermine our democracy, which we know will only get worse over time. Is this worth fighting for? Yes, absolutely it is. Just like the Civil War, we now have those (MAGA GOP) who want to violate the US Constitution and laws of the land to achieve their selfish aims and lust for more wealth and power, without any regard for the law and our Constitution or the common good of society.  There has been a reemergence of the Confederate way of thinking by the Trump MAGA GOP which needs to be dealt with accordingly in a protective manner to save the US democracy and Constitution just as Abe Lincoln chose to do back in the 1860S due to slavery and the attack on Fort Sumter by the Confederates that triggered the start of the Civil War, which was not even close to being as bad as the 2021 Jan 6 attack on the US Capitol perpetrated by the MAGA GOP as summarized below:

REPUBLICAN POTUS WIN:

If GOP is allowed to illegitimately win POTUS (President of the US) by whatever margin, democracy will be gone in the US for decades or centuries to come. If an authoritarian GOP regime takes over, that is not something that will likely ever be won back without major action, such as a civil war. And if the GOP has control of the federal government and its military apparatus, there may not be any way of returning to a US democracy. The GOP has methodically and deviously calculated their every move to get to this point, and they surely are not going to unwind their achievements once they get there. They have dominant control (6 to 3) of the Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS), and with all the redistricting they have done (extreme gerrymandering), and continue to do (local/state/federal), plus the implementing of voter suppression and purging tactics aimed at Democrats, on top of election subversion (Electoral College), they likely will have long term control over POTUS and US House of Representatives, and quite probably, the US Senate also. If the GOP wins POTUS by a significant margin, they will just move into the office. If it is a small margin, it could be disputed by the Democrats, but in the end that decision will likely be turned over to SCOTUS who naturally will decide in favor of the conservative GOP as they quickly did in 2000 in disputed election in Florida (Bush v Gore court decision) when George W. Bush won the presidency over former Vice President Al Gore. However, if there is clear evidence that the GOP had acted illegally and unconstitutionally in the election process, President Biden has the power to issue an Emergency Executive Order, and implement Martial Law before any SCOTUS action if necessary as Commander in Chief (CiC) of the US Military to suspend the election for a period of time until voting rights are restored and the election process and procedures are corrected in accordance with established laws and the Constitution.

 

DEMOCRAT POTUS WIN:

If Democrats win POTUS by a large margin, President Joe Biden is not going anywhere, and he will remain in office, and it is inconceivable that SCOTUS would enter the picture. For a large margin win by the Dems, there would not be good justification for disputing the election, although GOP MAGAs will probably still be up in arms, but likely will not gain any steam, and will shortly fizzle out. If on the other hand, the Dems win POTUS by a slight margin, surely the GOP will dispute the results to the maximum extent possible, and once again it is possible that the decision could be turned over to SCOTUS who once again may quickly decide in favor of the GOP. And also, prior to SCOTUS deliberations on this matter, just as above, President Biden could issue an Emergency Executive Order with Marshall Law and suspend the election for a period of time until voting rights are restored and the election process and procedures are corrected. There was a change in the Electoral College process, whereby the US Congress formally accepts the slate of votes from the states that are supposed to be aligned with the majority voters’ preference, but with all the monkey business that the GOP pulls, who is to say how that will turn out. That new law nullifies, or clarifies the Vice President’s role in this process, and the Dems gave up that right (VP Harris put on sideline) for nothing in return from GOP as far as needed new legislation for Voting Rights, so the GOP just continues to ramp up their voting suppression and purging targeting the Democratic urban areas to further neutralize or nullify the Dem votes in addition to the extreme gerrymandering that has occurred.

 

SCENARIOS SUMMARY:

Obviously, any close decisions either way will most likely result in significant civil upheaval to some degree. If an Emergency Executive Order (EEO) is issued along with Martial Law, the President, as CiC will have the US Military forces to address any civil disturbances, along with help from state and local police forces. Either way, it could get messy, but once the EEO is issued and in effect along with Martial Law, there is not much SCOTUS can do once it is underway and ongoing. So it will come down to who acted the fastest (POTUS or SCOTUS), and who has prepared well in advance for this likely occurrence. And there are a lot of other variable scenarios that could occur that are impossible to predict, but nonetheless, should certainly at least be thought about and discussed in contingency plans by Biden Administration: (a) Either or both Biden or Trump could be out of the picture if even one of them died or got stricken with a debilitating illness; (b) Trump could be maybe moved to the sidelines (not for certain) if he is indicted, arrested and successfully prosecuted, and hopefully imprisoned; and (c) What would happen if VP Kamala Harris was suddenly moved into the presidency slot either temporarily due to Biden illness, or permanently such as for option “a”? Well, quite certainly, GOP White Racist Christian Males would do everything they could to block anything Harris tried to achieve and the hooded white robes would be brought out and marching down the streets of American in full view if she ran for election or reelection to president.

 

What’s Coming Up Pre-November 2024 Elections?

Primaries by each party start up in late 2023 and first half of 2024, whereby candidates have debates and compete for votes in the primary elections, followed by the party conventions in the summer of 2024, whereby party delegates from each state officially cast their votes for their chosen candidates for president and vice president generally in alignment with the candidates who got the most votes in the primary elections; although there is no guarantee of that, especially with the GOP during this crazy fascist Trumpian MAGA era. Once each party officially endorses the chosen candidates for president and vice president, the final general election campaign along with debates begin leading up to the November 5, 2024 election.

 

Who are the candidates running?

Anybody and anyone who has the finances and wherewithal to run a campaign and meets the minimum requirements given in the Constitution for the Presidency of being at least 35 years old (no maximum age), a natural born citizen, and having lived in the United States for at least 14 years is eligible to run for president. The Democrats generally have higher standards, but the Republicans do not care if the candidates are liars, con artists or shysters (e.g., Trump), in fact, that is what they prefer. And the GOP certainly does not care if the candidates have government experience of any kind in any branch of government, whether local, state or federal. Based on past history over last few decades, it is clearly apparent that the GOP seeks the worst of the lot, and they welcome rotten and nasty candidates, and the GOP platform is just plain UGLY with little if any regard for the betterment of humanity and planet, and they continually broadcast how they are anti almost everything and everybody, except white Christian males and money (lots of it), which they seek for themselves individually and for their families and cohorts.

 

GOP TAKEOVER IN JANUARY ’25 AND USA BECOMES GOP AUTOCRACY:

 The likely candidates at this point (besides Nikki Haley, who is Trump Tainted), for the GOP are Trump and Florida Governor DeSantis, and both of them are extremely scary and far right extremists, who if elected will imperil the nation and the world. If the GOP wins the presidency, it is almost certain we will be entering a period of long term GOP authoritarian autocratic central government, lasting multiple decades and maybe a century or more. Once that type of government is inaugurated, it will be extremely difficult to unwind and return back to a normal democracy. One only has to look at other long term authoritarian regimes in the world (e.g., Russia, China, etc.) to see how long their dictatorial leaders stay in office, and how difficult and impossible they make it for their citizens to reform the government because opposition candidates are imprisoned or killed, and if the citizens publicly assemble and protest, they too are beaten, imprisoned or killed. And do not think for a minute, that Trump or DeSantis will not do that very same thing. DeSantis has already passed State laws restricting public assembly and protests, and has told Florida citizenry that they have a right to run over protesters if they are obstructing the public right of way. And DeSantis also has a State election police force to intimidate voters, and has passed laws making it illegal for good Samaritans to give people water or food when they are waiting in long lines to cast their votes, especially in predominantly Democratic urban areas where the number of voting polls and early voting has been intentionally and dramatically drastically reduced.

 

And if you do not know by now that Trump plans to be a dictator, you were not paying attention to the news when he was in office as he was always praising and being chummy with all the dictators of the world as he was pledging membership with the ADC (Authoritarian/Dictator Club). And remember when Trump was saying how he would like to take over/buy Greenland (safe climate disaster haven), and his other comment about how Venezuela was an “oil rich country right in our backyard ripe for the taking”. It is exactly what Puppet Trump’s Russian Puppeteer Putin does, such as attacking/invading and taking over Crimea, then a year ago attacking/invading the rest of Ukraine, and next he plans to do same thing to the eastern European nation of Georgia. Before, during and after his presidency, Puppet Trump was always complimenting his Puppeteer Putin on his dictatorial prowess and ability to dominate nations adjacent to Russia. Now Putin has been indicted by the International Tribunal in The Hague for crimes against humanity in Ukraine, and we can only hope and pray that the world will bring this demon to justice. And guess what? Trump has been declared the “Chosen One” by the hypocritical White (mostly male) evangelical Christians, who the demon Putin has also latched onto in Russia (i.e., Orthodox Christians there). Hopefully these two will be tried, convicted and imprisoned, and allowed to rot in prison until they finally croak and enter Hell, and then the evangelical hypocrite churches can declare them saints and worship at the altar of the demonic statues they erect in their [Dis]honor.

 

JAN 6 WORSE THAN FT SUMTER ATTACK STARTING CIVIL WAR:

So New Confederate GOP leader Trump and his cohorts in crime spearheads attack on US Capitol on January 6, 2021 worst than prior Confederate attack on US Fort Sumter in South Carolina that started Civil War 1, and now he will be allowed to run for president again in 2024? Just look at the comparison below:

They are at an early stage now, just like in pre-WW2 when Hitler had his German Nazi Brown Shirts and Mussolini had his Italian Fascist Black Shirts intimidating citizens and local and provincial governments to go along with their programs or suffer the consequences, such as when my Italian great uncle was stabbed and murdered one night by Italian Black Shirt Fascists after he stated he was neutral on Mussolini’s fascist movement. And now, right here in the USA the GOP has their MAGA Fascist Red Shirts doing the same thing, by threatening, intimidating and imparting harm to citizens and state and local governments. People have to recognize that the 20+ GOP controlled states in the USA are the Act II, post-CW1, pre-CW2 frontline forces for the New GOP Confederacy.

Those Jan 6 US Capitol ATTACKERS Seditious Insurrectionists Treasonous Traitors and their GOP Trump Confederate instigators/planners trying to start Civil War 2 should all be locked up and moved to GITMO to await trial just like the US did to other terrorists after 9/11. And now a past USDOJ attorney has said that “Trump has vowed to pardon all the January 6^th defendants if reelected president in 2024”. If that is not traitorous treasonous talk, what is? That’s Civil War 2 talk by DJT and should be treated as such by President Joe Abe Biden, and this absurd talk about January 6 just being a protest, or that the FBI orchestrated it, needs to be stamped out, and the current Executive Branch of the US government needs to look at January 6 in the same manner as President Abraham Lincoln did for the Confederate Ft Sumter ATTACK that began Civil War 1.

When you read this, keep in mind, Dems will not be the ones fighting GOP Confederate MAGA MANIACS; it will be US Military under Joe Biden’s command as Commander in Chief. Nevertheless, unfortunately, this mess that the GOP has brought our nation will likely result in casualties of innocent citizens/bystanders. It just cannot be over emphasized and should not be minimized that the Jan 6 GOP Confederate MAGA Attack on the US Capitol was actually more provocative than Confederate attack on US Fort Sumter in SC that kicked off Civil War 1. Joe Abe Biden needs to realize that and get some cojones and start doing some planning with Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin on how this will be dealt with in 2024 when all hell is likely to break loose around election time.

Except for their insatiable thirst and lust for Greed and Power, the UGLY Republicans are totally against doing anything for the betterment of the common good of humanity and planet. Given below is a small sampling of the GOP’s unsocial behavior and what and who they are against:

Christian churches in the USA are a demonstrated political entity, and certainly should be taxed as such, and they have clearly proven by sucking up to their Chosen One, Trump, that “Holy Rollers” (= them) are worst of the worst. America has to stop thinking that the US is a Christian nation, because it is not. The Constitution specifically spells out that in our form of governance there is a separation between church and state. Plainly put, the US is not a Christian nation, but rather it is a diverse nation consisting of multiple religions and faiths, and all citizens have equal rights under the US Constitution regardless of faith, including atheists.

Examples of how much the Republican Party cares about senior citizens and social programs include possible GOP presidential candidates, Martian, Senator Rick Scott, who landed in FL from outer space, who wants to end Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security, and Trump Tainted Nikki Haley from SC who is proposing to raise the age for eligibility for social security and Medicare.

Politicians of all types (esp. GOP) have totally lost focus of purpose of working for Common Good of Humanity & Planet by Protecting Environment and Wellbeing & Health/Safety of Public, and have substituted “big corporations & ultra-wealthy” for “people” in our US motto which is “government of, by and for the “PEOPLE”. Change is needed!

Republicans don’t care about future generations. They’re all rotten SOBs & SOMs (sons of Mitch’s). The more rotten you are, the higher up the UglyGOP ladder you will go.

What Do the UGLY Republicans Look Like Stripped of Their Sheep Clothing (=wolves)?

First of all, there aren’t any good Republicans. The worst you are, the better you qualify for their UGLY party. And how could you consider any of them good if you simply just look at how the party has regressively evolved to where it is today in plain view before its party members with no one among them taking control of the situation because they fear the MAGA MANIACS. The standards they have are all BAD, and they simply do not have any good standards. Why wouldn’t a decent party throw a bottom feeder like Trump back into the scum pond? Because they are not a decent party, that’s why. It’s simply anything goes. Trump’s Ugly ass self was well known in 2015-16, and the GOP still coronated this subhuman. And look at their scumbag party leaders Marjorie Greene, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, Gym Jordan, Kevin McCarthy, Mitch McConnell and his SOMs: Sons of Mitch’s, plus the newly elected George Santos who blatantly lied on his resume during his campaign for office, and he is still in office.

In thinking of what they look like, just think of the 2021 January 6^th US Capitol GOP Confederate MAGA Insurrectionist Attack – That’s What They Look Like! And the ones that got prosecuted and sentenced, Mr. UGLY Number 1 is going to pardon all those TREASONOUS TRAITORS if he gets reelected president. Or another way to think of what they look like, is to remember back in history in the pre-WW2 era when there were Nazi German Brown shirts & Fascist Italian Black shirts who would intimidate, injure and kill civilians who would not join their Nazi/Fascist movement, except now we have US Fascist Trump GOP MAGA Red shirts who will intimidate good Americans with violence/guns, etc. This is the Reemergence of new GOP Confederacy and they are VERY, VERY BAD PEOPLE.

Governors in FL, TX & GA: DeSantis, Abbott & Kemp are all USA Enemies Within and lead the US Seditious Insurrectionists along with Trump who will only get worse. As a political stunt, these cruel individual governors shipped busloads of needy immigrants to northern cities (Martha’s Vineyard, VP Harris’s residence, etc.) and just dumped them off in the cold without shelter or food, not caring what happened to these needy fellow human beings.

Sadly most people don’t recognize how devious, methodical & effective UglyGOP has been in their campaign to become GOP Autocracy come Jan ’25. Naive Nice guys Dems will be scratching their heads 19 months from now asking: “How could we have let this happen?” Answer: Dems just played way too much footsy and patty cake with these demonic Republicans.

The GOP and their MAGA MANIAC Red Shirts, showed US what they are like on Jan 6: They will stab and kill you with US flag pole – that’s what these Trump MAGA lunatics call patriotism. The sooner we recognize this group as contemporary Confederate enemies, the sooner we will back on track to save our democracy.

Must realize that anyone associated with Trump past, present or future are all badly tainted and all part of the UglyGOP. Anyone so desperate to be on DJT’s team for any amount of time in any capacity is not good for America.

 

GOP ANTI-WOMEN MOVEMENT:

The GOP controlled US Supreme Court stripped away women’s most important and personal right when they ROLLED BACK ROE v WADE, and took away Women’s Reproductive Rights. And now women who became pregnant for virtually any cause (rape, incest, etc.) have to travel hundreds and thousands of miles to get an abortion, and the GOP is in the process now of banning the abortion pill. It won’t be long, and the White GOP Christian males will be cutting back on other civil rights for women and others (LGBTQ, etc.). If these White GOP evangelical Christian males think it is so important to strip away a woman’s right to choose on how to deal with an unwanted pregnancy, they should also make vasectomies mandatory for all males upon reaching puberty and required that they carry a photo ID card stating they’re shooting blanks and are certified to safely fuck providing they attend confession regularly.

 

GOP ANTI-WOKE/PRO-IGNORANCE MOVEMENT:

There is an anti-woke movement in the US spearheaded by FL Gov. Ron DeSantis who promotes burying all the history of the US and world, especially anything that was unpleasant. In pre-WW2 the Brown Shirt Nazis under Hitler did that, and they actually burned library books out in the streets. They haven’t quite resorted to that here yet in US, but government restrictions are already being placed in FL and other states on historical matter that can be taught in the schools. For example, in FL the approach is to limit US past history on Black slavery because it makes people feel uncomfortable, same goes for the Jim Crow movement. The thing is, lynching, raping, whipping, killing etc of Black slaves occurred, and the after effects undoubtedly still linger, and that is why these things should be taught so they don’t resurface again in any form, and instead we progress forward instead of backward towards greater equality and freedom for all. We must never hide the facts that these brutal inhumane acts occurred, and have awareness of the evilness associated with it, so the USA does not ever sink to this depravity again. Anti-Woke is just another way of saying Pro-Ignorance, and simply put, Republicans are pushing this anti-WOKE movement because their aim is to unwind history, including all the civil rights legislative advancements that have occurred in the US over many decades.

 

GOP DOMINO EFFECT TO DESTROY DEMOCRACY:

Back in the days when the US had its Military Industrial Complex program of stamping out communism throughout the world they called it the domino effect. The general idea was, that communist countries were sprouting up all over the world, and the US was going to topple all of them before they managed to topple us. So, with the domino policy, the US went on a military rampage of death and destruction to stamp out communism and to democratize the world, similar to what President George W. Bush and VP Dick Cheney did when they attacked Iraq in 2003 on the false made up premise that Saddam Hussein had Weapons of Mass Destruction and was going to destroy the US and the whole world. George W even touted how he and the US were going to bless and bestow upon Iraq and the Middle East our US democratic principles, which quite frankly, turned out disastrous, causing millions of deaths and massive destruction of buildings and infrastructure that will take decades to restore (of course, lost family members are gone forever). In 1961, then President Eisenhower warned us about the consequences of the Military Industrial Complex when he said: “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.” And his statement was so damn right! Just think about all the death and destruction the US has wrought on other nations since that statement, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. And all while all that death and destruction was occurring in our enemy nations, the private Military Industrial Complex was making billions and trillions of US dollars.

 

Don’t you wish someone gave a warning about the evil ways of the Republican Party and the GOP domino effect they have planned all along to destroy our US democracy? And now, just look at how close they are to achieving their goal. Their goal of replacing our democracy with a US GOP Autocracy could arrive here in the USA in less than two years. Most Americans look at this likely terrible scenario as something they or their government representatives just really cannot do much to stop from happening. Unfortunately, just voting like hell may not get us out of this jam because the voting and election system is getting more corrupt by the day as the GOP is continuing their plan of ramping up voter suppression and purging and election subversion. Still go out and vote, by all means, but vote and pray all you want, and if President Joe Abe Biden and his military don’t step in when needed (Emergency Executive Order and Martial Law), the GOP will likely be successful in achieving their plan to create an authoritarian GOP regime right here in the US.

Bad things are generated by prior bad actions of those who began the negative domino effect (=GOP). Evil breeds evil (evil GOPers multiplying exponentially), and eventually there are consequences for actions and inactions by both the GOP (evil actions) and Democrats (mostly Dems’ inaction). Accounting may come soon or may come later, but [do not] rest assured, bad things will be coming on the current track the US is on.

Republican dominoes of death & destruction: it’s what they all do well, and they say it is for the good of US as they feed our tax dollars to Military/Industrial Complex, private prisons, anti-public schools/pro-charter schools programs, etc., doing all this to increase profits and wealth for the Big Corporations and the Ultra-Wealthy, while selfishly ignoring what is best for the common good of humanity and the planet.

And keep in mind, there are GOP individuals like Erik Prince, Betsy Devos’ brother, of the former Blackwater corporation who runs a private militia (killing for profit), that may very well be a subcontractor to Wagner private militia that Russians are using to kill Ukrainians? UglyGOP will do anything for money just so they or their children don’t have to fight in wars and get injured or killed. The Erik Prince Black Water group were killing for profit in the Iraq War, as funded by the help of his buddies George W Bush and Dick Cheney. It certainly wouldn’t be too surprising if Erik Prince was doing private mercenary work right now for his two amigos Putin & Trump? Just remember the GOP motto: “Another person’s or country’s disaster/suffering, is another person’s or corporation’s profita opportunity.” War to the GOP is a MEGA cash cow.

Being less of an energy supplier now, Russians have little going for them and should revolt and take out Putin. Putin is about as evil as you can get aside from Satan himself. And now Russian men are being forced into battle fighting a war they don’t believe in and consider unjust and inhumane in how innocent civilians are being slaughtered and their towns and infrastructure being destroyed.

Rewriting Constitution to Deconstruct Federal Government:

The UglyGOP is working hard behind the scenes on their ultimate goal of rewriting the US Constitution to their liking, which requires a two-thirds approval from the 50 states. To achieve that requires a significant increase in the current number of GOP new Confederate states. In essence, it requires the adoption of the new GOP Confederate Constitution by 34 of the 50 states in order to achieve the required so-called “super majority”. If they get near that goal they will call for a convention of the GOP new Confederate states to discuss and formulate that new ultra conservative White GOP Christian evangelical Constitution.

Presently the GOP has control of approximately 25 of the states at most, and obtaining 9 more would be a colossal accomplishment (a 35-40% increase), but with the ever increasing propaganda spewed out as the GOP continually lies and disseminates misinformation and disinformation, it is not beyond the realm of possibilities that this evil crafty group could achieve their goal of tossing out the current Constitution and replacing it with their White evangelical Christian warped version. After the Nov 2022 election, the GOP now has 22 state trifectas (GOP governor & both chambers of legislative) and 24 triplexes (GOP governor, atty general & secretary of state). Beyond that, there are four states with state legislatures that are almost evenly split (KY, LA, NC & VA, all slightly favoring Dems), which could easily flip over to GOP state control. So going from 23 up to 27 states under GOP dominance is within reach, and adding another seven more (25 – 30% increase) to reach 34 should not be looked at as impossible.

Some states (e.g., SC, NC, etc.) are already rewriting their state constitutions to their liking, regardless of whether it complies with the US Constitution, almost as if they are challenging the federal court system (based on law suits that may be subsequently filed) to challenge their GOP Confederate interpretation of what they believe constitutes the equal rights and freedom granted to citizens across the nation by the Constitution as established by our US founders.

During the Civil War era, there were thirteen Confederate states, primarily in the South. What the GOP is doing, or attempting to do,  essentially equates to a plan for the reemergence and expansion of the prior Confederacy to allow the UglyGOP to enact their backward changes, including the rollback of civil rights to the Jim Crow or pre-Civil War era.

 

Deconstruction and neutering of federal government consists of the following Goals and Objectives:

The goal of GOP as espoused by Trump, Steve Bannon and their ilk is to deconstruct the federal government and eliminate regulations and federal taxes to the greatest extent possible, with the exception of continually funding the military-industrial complex at current or greater levels. The whole of this strategy of course is to maximize benefits to large corporations and the ultra-wealthy. This type of system would let states operate independently from the federal government, and would allow private enterprise to exploit our natural resources (e.g., NPs, federal lands, etc.) and the labor market free of government regulations and restraints, with the primary and virtually sole objective of allowing businesses to maximize profits  and to privatize all aspects of society, including our current public infrastructure systems (roads, drinking water, airports, prisons, etc.), converting all of them to profit fee based systems paid by users/citizens to allow large corporations and ultra-wealthy individuals to maximize their wealth through exorbitant toll and fee systems at the detriment and cost to humanity and the environment as they selfishly reap huge financial rewards.

Having previously been discussed at length in YouReapWhatYouSow.org, but worthy of being mentioned again here, it should be noted that since the 1980s, industrial manufacturers have been allowed to freely pollute our land and water resources in blatant violation of the hazardous waste management laws under RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and amendments thereof). The latter is steadily and insidiously polluting our drinking water sources with cancerous (carcinogens) substances that cause cancer to millions of Americans for which the ill effects are not detected in humans until decades of exposure. The US EPA safe drinking water standards have not been kept up to date for these carcinogens, and consequently the public drinking water supplies have not been obligated to issue health advisories to the public consuming this tainted water. The plants that are the worse are the Leaky CRIMe plants (Chemically Real Intensive Manufacturing establishments), of which there are 30 – 50,000 is the US that operate with unprotected and unmonitored leaky underground pipes and tanks, which only the state of California has outlawed. These companies that violate these RCRA laws do so because they were able to get their lobbyists and attorneys to argue that they were excluded from these regulations by some ridiculous argument (the exclusion applies to municipal sewage wastewater treatment plants and not industry).  And regardless, besides violating these RCRA laws that specifically targeted these CRIMe plants for ample reasons, these plants are still violating numerous other regulations under the Clean Water Act by freely and knowingly polluting our vital water resources. Testing is not done in the ground surrounding these plants because these plants are on a centralized public water system and US EPA and state EPAs do no monitoring around these plants, and in the meantime for a half a century and growing by decades, all this highly toxic pollution is spreading to the land and water resources surrounding these plants. The point being here, is that the Ugly GOP’s (UglyGOP.com) goal here in deconstructing the federal government, is to make it even easier for these Leaky CRIMe plants to continue to pollute our land and water resources for decades and a century more, while in the meantime, the public unknowingly is drinking so called “safe drinking water” that is tainted with carcinogenic chemicals that the ultra-wealthy don’t worry about, because they have sophisticated and expensive water treatment systems where they reside and consume water.

The deconstruction of the federal government will also remove all the safeguards that currently exist in various US laws to protect the health & safety of workers, and likewise will nullify those acts that exist now to protect the environment and wellbeing & health/safety of public (PEWHASOP.org), such as those who live nearby CRIMe plants. Additionally, the reductions in federal regulations and federal spending advocated by the UglyGOP will drastically reduce and perhaps eliminate some the social programs that currently exist for the purpose of providing healthcare (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.), housing (HUD) and food (food stamps) to the impoverished.

 

Existing Quiet Before the Storm:

Right now it is almost like a quiet period after the conclusion of the Nov 2022 midterm elections, but do not think for a minute that the evil, crafty Ugly GOP Trump MAGAs aren’t busy at work conjuring up a way to further expand voter suppression & purging and the tampering with the electoral college apparatus that will come into play in 2024 for the presidential election. And as they are able, you can be sure they are doing additional extreme gerrymandering of the US and state congressional districts to dilute out the voters in the urban areas in a contorted way to favor the GOP federal and state legislative candidates as they have done so with precision in the past. And you can be sure that the Secretary of State officials in the GOP new Confederate states are doing whatever they can get away with (and more) to make voting registration and casting of votes by Democrats as difficult and confusing as possible, and surely they are configuring and organizing the voting accounting system so it is good for them and bad for the Dems if and when questions arise on the election results in the event of a close election.

There is a lot yet to happen between now and the Nov 2024 election. But one thing you can be sure is that the UglyGOP will follow their numerous UGLY principles in how they operate, and number one to them is that “good guys always finish last” and they are very good at not being good. What we don’t know is whether Trump will be prosecuted for his many crimes, and whether he will be found guilty of any of the possible indictments forthcoming, and whether such action will be sufficient to deem him unfit and unqualified to run for president again. There are pending prosecutions against Trump on a federal level (requires action by US Atty General), and also on a state level in both Georgia and the state of New York. Talk of the GOP primaries will start appearing in the news more and more as we get towards the end of 2023 and early 2024, and time will go by fast.  The propaganda machine by FOX and others of their ilk will be spouting out lies, misinformation and disinformation at a furious pace, and will be consumed by the ignorant masses. Whether Trump leads the GOP ticket or not, you can still count on the ticket being occupied by an UglyGOP candidate like FL governor DeSantass or someone of similar ilk.

If Trump leads the ticket, the UglyGOP will get assistance again from Trump’s Puppeteer Putin as he did in 2016, and likely others in the ADC (Authoritarian/Dictator Club) besides Putin will be assisting Trump in whatever way they can to get the UglyGOP authoritarian autocrat candidate Trump re-elected.

 

Prediction for 2024 Election and the Thereafter:

In summary, the throwing out of the US Constitution by the UglyGOP new Confederate states between now and the Nov 2024 election is not very probable, although it is something that may subsequently occur. Looking at the big picture, if Trump or someone else from the UglyGOP like him wins the presidential election in 2024, the US may very well be an UglyGOP autocratic regime beginning in January 2025 and for multiple decades thereafter. The possibility of the latter is highly probable if the GOP at that point controls the US House, and more so if they also control the US Senate. Regardless if the UglyGOP controls both chambers, the executive branch will have a lot of power and leverage through Executive Order power, and by having the full backing of the US Supreme Court (6-3 favoring UglyGOP) and the US Armed Forces as Commander in Chief. If the Senate ends up being a 50/50 split, then of course the new UglyGOP VP would cast the tie breaking vote in the Senate.

So the outlook is grim for the Dems, and since they are the nice guys who typically play patty cake or footsie in their negotiations and tactics, they will probably prove once again, that nice guys finish last. Of course the Dem leadership under Biden will say that the Dem supporters must “vote like hell” and over power all the shenanigans deployed by the UglyGOP, and even if this “vote like hell” approach maybe works or comes close to working, you can bet that the UglyGOP will be disputing the election results and playing games with the slates of electors from the UglyGOP new Confederate states, especially now that VP Kamala Harris has no say so in the matter anymore since the Dems decided to throw her out of the equation, even though that was the strategy that was fully expected to be deployed by the Trump-Pence team until the Trump Insurrection Coup Attempt Capitol Riot broke out. So how the various slates of candidates will be counted by each state and in Congress will still be up in the air to some extent, and VP Harris sure won’t have anything to say. What is surprising on the latter, is that the Dems gave up that right of having the VP involved, and they got nothing in return, such as for example a new Voting Rights Act that would do away with the tactics deployed by the UglyGOP  by employing voting suppression & purging and election subversion.

You may view this essay as pessimistic; but on the other hand, it is not totally unrealistic to think that the UglyGOP may have a 60-40% chance at the January 2025 Inauguration of beginning their UglyGOP new Confederacy US Autocratic regime. And what’s amazing (and sad), is that the Dems in the US represent a 60 to 40% majority in the US. If, however, the election ends up in mass chaos and protests due to disputes in the election results, it may very well be up to our current President Joe Biden to issue an Emergency Executive Order as Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, and to call off the election, and perhaps call for a new election at a later date after a new Voting Rights Acts is passed to correct the many issues that have arisen.

So What’s Happened and What’s Coming? The 2022 election is now over, and we now know that the GOP has taken over the U.S. House and the Dems have held onto a slight meager majority in the U.S. Senate. What impact all the anti-voting rights laws had in all the GOP controlled Confederate states is not known yet, but certainly it must have had some impact. And now the big question is: What is in store for US in the 2024 election regarding the use and likely increase in these unConstitutional anti-voting rights tactics, as well the employment of election subversion in those Confederate states, including manipulation and tampering with Electoral College apparatus? The latter has to do with the slate of electors in these Confederate states who are supposed to cast their votes submitted to the U.S. Congress in December 2024 in a manner matching the majority preference of the votes cast by the citizenry, which likely will not be the case anymore in some of those states who threw the US Constitution out the window a long time ago. And just recently (week of 12/5/22), the GOP’s genius leader, Trump says he thinks the U.S. Constitution should be done away with. And we know why he and the GOP do not like the US Constitution: Because it proclaims that we are a union of states having a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Trump and the GOP want that “people” word completely removed from the Constitution, and replaced with “Big Corps & Ultra- Wealthy”, which in practice in recent decades, has really occurred. In the Citizens United US Supreme Court case corporations were actually deemed to be a person, or have personhood. So in essence, this court case actually said it was legal and constitutional to substitute “corporations” for the word “people” in the Constitution – i.e., Government of the corporations, by the corporations and for the corporations. Certainly our founding fathers did not have that in mind when they wrote the Constitution, but it is too bad, because the Ugly GOP is changing all that; and to a great degree, they already have. So with the 2022 election now over, a lot of the Dems, especially the Dem politicians, are celebrating and saying things could have been a lot worse in the mid-term election, so Joe Biden and a lot of them are patting themselves on the back and acting like everything is fine and dandy, which it is not.

Joe did not act Abe-like and come down on the Confederate GOP states (about 20 of them) who are repeatedly violating the US Constitution  and issue an emergency Executive Order (EO) and have the federal elections administered in those states by the US Armed Forces under his command, perhaps because he is putting that off until the last desperate minute, of the last hour, on the last day before the November 2024 election, which will be too late even if by some remote chance he is even contemplating that courageous and patriot act. Joe of course is mostly concerned about preserving his 40+ year long political career and legacy regardless if an authoritarian GOP autocracy begins in January 2025 following a successful GOP election in 2024. Joe Biden is indicating he will run again for the presidency in 2024, and hopefully Kamala Harris will be his running mate again, who may be our only saving grace. Kamala seems like an individual more poised to take on the GOP Confederates than her predecessor should she become the president in the future for whatever reason, and her getting elected at the polls is not a highly probable means for her to be elected to that slot. So the big question now is whether Biden or Harris (if she filled that slot unexpectedly) would take drastic action in the form of an emergency EO against the Constitution violating GOP Confederate states and administer the federal elections in those states, or otherwise just halt the federal elections for a period of time until anti-voting rights and election subversion in those states can be brought under control. Of course, this is not going to be a simple thing, and the country is going to be in a state of turmoil and chaos while this is going on, but the alternative is having GOP autocratic rule for a half century or more, which is far worse, and will have detrimental short-term and long-term impacts on the US citizenry while favoring the Big Corps and the Ultra-wealthy. It is getting to the point that the Ugly Republican party thinks they can just violate citizens’ rights that are supposed to be protected by the US Constitution whenever they choose, and using whatever egregious tactics they choose, and most of US are figuring they will be putting US in shackles soon on public display at the state or US capitols. If you are not a white evangelical GOP Christian right now, and wearing it on your shirt sleeves, there’s a good chance you will be getting punished soon for exercising your rights to get WOKE (means learning factual history) or if you are an atheist or practicing some other non Christian religion. There’s no limit what the Ugly GOP will do, and their Constitutional violations are mounting, and the state legislatures in those Confederate states will pass anything that furthers the wicked causes of the Ugly GOP, and does harm to the Dems and the urban population. It is truly to the point, that the Ugly GOP has gone over the Confederate tipping point.

The anti-voting rights Constitutional violations occurring in the GOP Confederate states does not just have to do with extreme gerrymandering of the US congressional districts by the GOP in these states, although the latter does have a significant impact on canceling out the urban Dem votes in those states, but it has to do with an assortment of anti-voting rights laws passed in their states to arbitrarily make it more difficult for citizens to register and cast a vote (called Voter Suppression), plus the GOP is unjustly and randomly purging registered voters from their polls.  Plus, it is common practice now for the Ugly GOP to intimidate citizens attempting to get registered, or while they are voting, and they also intimidate the individuals (many who are volunteer) who work at the voting polls. All of the latter GOP tactics are specifically targeted at the urban voters who traditionally vote Democrat. The GOP Confederate states contort the voting districts in a twisted conjured up manner so the GOP dominates the governmental jurisdictions in those areas on a state and federal level, even though Republican Party supporters do not even live in those areas, and that is clearly NOT representative government as it should be.

A majority of the voters (55-60%) in the US are of the Democratic Party, yet the minority Republican/GOP Party who are well positioned to control the elections and courts for the rest of the century and longer, make up only 40-45% of the voting public. It is not supposed to be this way in a democratic republic such as the USA. That is a small “d” which stands for democracy, which per our Constitution; the USA is a government of, by and for the PEOPLE. And we are supposed to have true representative government, with those US representatives voted into office by the people who reside in the areas who those representatives are supposed to serve, and not some twisted, contorted, conjured gerrymandered district. Our country is quickly going in the direction towards a GOP autocratic controlled government, and if it is not stopped in some manner, it will be here to stay for a long time starting in January 2025. The Ugly Republicans know that if the US truly operated as an actual democracy that did not allow Confederate states to do whatever they wanted in terms of violating the Constitution and civil rights, they would have a minority influence on how our government functions, as it should be. There are 67 million more people living in the counties won by Biden in the 2020 election (198 million/60%), compared to those counties won by Trump (130 million/40%). Additionally, it was shown in the 2020 elections that the Democratic counties represent 70% of the U.S. GNP (Gross National Product). The only way the Ugly Republicans can win is by cheating the system by violating the Constitution and buying votes by taking over the news and replacing it with FAUX news consisting of misinformation/disinformation and mistruths through a massively funded propaganda machine integrated into social media and every facet of American life. The Republicans are devilishly a crafty, greedy/powerful bunch, and right now the trump cards (both literally & figuratively) are heavily stacked up against the Dems in many ways. Some will say “now don’t be negative or pessimistic”, but those kind of statements right now are totally naïve and nonsensical. First, the GOP controls the Supreme Court of the US (called SCOTUS), 6 to 3, and they have a lot to do with politics, and very little to do with justice and the US Constitution that our Founding Fathers created as our political foundation. In the last year they stripped away women’s reproductive rights by overturning Roe v Wade decision that said women have a right to choose related to abortion. The GOP glommed onto the anti-abortion issue movement on the false premise that they care a lot about life, yet unwanted pregnancies are much greater among minority impoverished groups who they would prefer starve to death or die due to lack of healthcare, clean water and food to reduce public assistance and programs for these groups, yet these GOP hypocrites are all for the government giving huge handouts and tax relief to the Big Corps & Ultra-Wealthy who heavily fund GOP candidates and the autocratic cause. People need to take the time and just think about how heavily the odds are stacked against the Common Good of Humanity and the planet right now in the US because of the GOP non democratic (small “d”) dominance that has been allowed to occur over the last couple of decades:

1. Entertainment has literally taken over news and realty, and replaced it with fake news;
2. Republican Party has stooped so low that they nominated and elected one of the greatest (worst) con artist of all times by the name of Donald J Trump;
3. It seems probable that we have a President of the US (called POTUS) right now whose Number One concern is protecting his multi-decade political legacy;
4. The GOP Confederate states are successfully employing anti-voting rights laws and election subversion tactics in their states (tampering with the slate of electors for the Electoral College), which are multiplying and becoming more effective daily;
5. The GOP has backing of the Big Corps & Ultra-Wealthy who are pumping billions of dollars into the GOP cause across the nation on a local, state and federal level; and
6. The GOP is continually fostering and advocating violence by their supporters, and giving them unlimited second amendment rights and access to variety of artillery, which certainly are not intended for non human animal hunting.

 

There is no sense sugar coating it to the American public, or pretending that we are not in a very serious and bad situation, essentially brought on by the overwhelming evil forces of greed and power. What make it even scarier, is that Trump’s Puppeteer and buddy, Putin has also glommed onto to the White Christian evangelical racist, isolationist, nationalist, superior race movement, and he surely is planning on helping the GOP and Trump in 2024 as he did in 2016 in whatever way he can so he and his Puppet Trump can get reunited in their authoritarian causes as advocated by the ADC (Authoritarian/Dictator Club), of which both of them active members and building coalitions with leaders of the new axis of evil.

 

So essentially, unless Biden puts the priority of preserving his long legacy aside and starts being Abe-like, the Dem party, and the USA democracy will soon be mothballed, and deemed subservient to the GOP Autocracy and a new second era of McCarthyism will emerge, as we all start seeking refuge from the new evil GOP autocratic empire who will be putting US all on a hit list. The occurrence of the latter does not seem too unrealistic, especially if the economy falters more in the next year as inflation is on a continual rise and Americans are stretching their budgets, and looking for someone to blame for their current situation, and you can be certain that person being blamed will be our current POTUS. So if the Dems lose the POTUS race in 2024, and the GOP strengthens their grip in Congress by retaining the majority in the House and taking over the majority in the Senate, it will no longer be the advent of autocracy in the US, but rather, the US GOP Autocracy will have arrived and been instituted in 2025 and will be with US for many decades to come, if not centuries.

 

The time we are in right now, is like pre-Civil War in the US, or like pre-WW2 in Germany or Italy. During pre-Civil War the Confederate states were freely and openly violating the Constitution in full defiance to the Union of United States. They were primarily doing so by continuing with their slavery practices and did not want the Union to interfere with this and other matters in their states, so they formed the Confederacy. Eventually the Confederates and the Union began battling each other, and the brutal Civil War began, resulting in fellow Americans (including family members, acquaintances, colleagues etc.) fighting and injuring/killing each other. The Confederates for the most part, believed in their cause and their leaders, so even with all the risks at stake, they went to battle so they could defy the Constitution as they saw fit, and they looked at the Union as northern aggressors who were forcing their way of life on them, even though the Union’s primary objective was to defend the Constitution handed down to US from our founding fathers. Realizing these are brief and simplified explanations for the wars, the situation in Germany also involved the advocacy of special privileges for a certain race or class of people over others. In the US Civil War, the Confederates viewed their slaves as not having the same rights afforded to other citizens. For Germany in the 1930s, the political leaders like Adolf Hitler advocated for the superior Aryan race (Nazism), and even worse, he and the Nazi party advocated and proceeded to annihilate millions of Jews (Holocaust) that they viewed as scapegoats for any of the social or economic problems that existed at the time. And Germany was also going to war against other nations out of a grievance (espoused by Nazis) that their nation was treated unfairly by the Treaty of Versailles (armistice treaty) that they were forced to be party to as a settlement after WW1. In Italy during the pre-WW2 era, Fascism existed as espoused by the dictator of the time, Benito Mussolini, which led to Italy partnering with Germany and Hitler, who together with the imperial regime of Japan, formed an evil axis determined to conquer and dominate all nations across the globe, including Europe, USA and other nations.

 

The point in mentioning all the above, is to emphasize that the US is now in a similar situation to nations like Germany and Italy in the pre-WW2 era, and more importantly, the US has individual GOP states who, like the Confederate states in pre-Civil War era, are acting contrary and in violation to the US Constitution.  Just like back then in the US in the mid-1800s (1850s before Civil War), the US democratic republic today will not be able to sustain itself structurally in accordance with its US Constitution if a high percentage of the states are not in line and in compliance with our founding principles (US Constitution). So what happened before, is happening again and people need to become WOKE to the fact our Constitutional foundation is being undermined by those publicly elected and Constitution bound state officials in the GOP controlled states who today are blatantly violating the US Constitution by passing anti-voting rights laws and practicing election subversion.  People have to wake up and recognize that if the majority of US citizens are lackadaisical and just let each day pass as before, and do not take this matter as seriously as it needs to be, we will be in another civil war before you know it. And right now the Commander in Chief for our US Armed Forces is President Joe Biden, and if we get into Civil War 2, it is very important that it not be citizens against citizens, but it needs to be the US Armed Forces against those who are against the US Constitution, as was the case in Civil War I, and it may (and should) happen again against the current violating “Confederate States”, which, as mentioned before, are those twenty or so GOP controlled states that today regularly defy the US Constitution more and more each day.

Many people were upset back in 2016 and 2017 when Trump ran and won the presidency. On the other hand, there were many who thought Trump was the “Chosen One”, and he would cure all are ills, and bring prosperity to everyone. Remember now, that Greed and Power is the central theme of the GOP, and so it wasn’t that hard to fathom that the GOP would welcome the Greatest Con Artist of all times with open arms to be their new leader. Trump saw a golden opportunity to rake in some cash before and after the election, regardless if he won or not. When he was first CONtemplating the US presidency in 2013, an associate of Trump, Daryl Dummkopf told him: “Donald, you think you had a good con going with Trump University and your many other schemes, wait until you open up campaign mass donations on social media – the money from the voting suckers will be pouring in like diamonds raining on Mar-a-Lago!”. As we all know now, that in fact happened, and is still going on even though Trump is no longer president. To no surprise, all that money that was pouring in for different Trump political causes (Elect Trump, Build the Wall, etc.) was not always used for those purposes, as was revealed about Steven Bannon who was using those funds for personal purposes (he was later pardoned by Trump), and Trump himself used campaign funds in 2016 as HUSH money related to his affairs with Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels as revealed by his former Attorney Michael Cohen who consequently served time in prison.

It was a time when many were upset with their family members, friends and colleagues/associates who voted for Trump, certainly partly with the help of Putin, Facebook and James Comey contributing to Hillary Clinton’s defeat. But it happened, and as mad as many people were, they accepted it, with the understanding that hopefully he would not be as bad as we all were expecting, but of course, he greatly surpassed our expectations, and was far worse than we could have ever imagined. Even some Dems at the time were saying “well he’s our president now, so we should give him a chance, and see how he does”. Well we have given him a chance and look what he’s done: Two Impeachments: (a) One after openly trying to bribe a foreign (Ukraine) national president with congressionally appropriated military funds that were already committed to Ukraine; and (b) then a second time impeached for openly orchestrating and planning a seditious/treasonous Attempted Coup in the form of the January 6, 2021 Insurrectionist Riot against the US Capitol to interrupt the orderly transfer of power after he clearly lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden.  And in the process of the latter, Trump has violated numerous laws by continually trying to overturn the election results before and after the Jan 6 Coup Attempt, including in Georgia and elsewhere, and has also blatantly violated numerous tax laws in the state of New York. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people in the US that are of the GULLIBLE and intellectually VULNERABLE class who buy into all the anti-government and deep state rhetoric espoused by Trump and his ilk. Naively and unfortunately these individuals buy into all the fake FAUX news and anti-government and “deep state” rhetoric broadcasted by Trump and his ilk. As the GQP MAGAs have been continually going down the rabbit hole in a sheep-like fashion, unfortunately the rest of us will have to suffer the long-term detrimental consequences as our democratic republic gets dismantled, which the Big Corp and the Ultra-rich very much want. The greater public needs to recognize that this goal of ultimately maximizing the fulfillment of greed and power for Trump and the Ultra-Wealthy, will be contrary to and very, very  BAD for the Common Good of Humanity and our environment in the US and world.

This now brings up the topic on how you deal with your family, relatives, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, etc. who now still support Trump and his ilk after all the bad things he has done. So if the latter are called Group A, then secondly, how do you deal with the Group B, who are people that are also closely linked to you (family, friends, etc.), but in their case, they are APPEASERS to the Group A people, and cater to them as if everything is just hunky-dory, and not a care in the world? It is a perplexing problem, but it has to be dealt with as it was (and was not) in the pre-Civil War era in the US and pre-WW2 era in Italy and Germany. Individuals have to come to the realization and ask themselves: “Are you going to be with the US Enemies Within in our nation and be a part of the New Confederates, or be appeasers to these treasonous individuals, or are you patriotically going to be for the preservation of the US Constitution and our democratic republic of these United States of America?” If you do the latter, you will essentially have to divorce yourselves from the Group A because they are no longer just family and friends etc, but they are true enemies, and the Group B Appeasers are enablers to our enemies. We are simple at a point in time, when YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE A SIDE. Another way to put it is that you need to segregate and group your compatriots in your mind, regardless as to whether they are, or were, in your close social and familial inter-circle or not, into the following three basic groups, and you just have to accept the fact that you will have to disengage yourselves from the first two groups:

(A) Individuals who choose to support Trump & his ilk, that includes DeSantass & GOP turned GQP;

 

(B) Individuals who serve as sycophants to those in  Group A above, by just catering and appeasing them and being cowards, rather than taking a strong stance against these individuals who are plainly “the US enemies within”; or

 

(C) Individuals who are true US Patriots committed to preserving and defending our US democratic republic and Constitution, and are perceptive enough to recognize and call out the “US enemies within”.

 

Those in “A” are either just plain ignorant about USA & World history and past devastating past wars [which often repeat] and refuse to be informed by facts, or they have strong (or weak/selfish) connections to the Big Corps & Ultra-Wealthy and are just fine and going along for the ride with the latter who are leading US into another destructive Civil War or World War. It is not a time for “status quo” relationships with those in either “A” or “B” groups above. Just saying this is “politics as usual” and just another typical “political cycle we are going through” and that’s all it is, is an oversimplification and dead wrong!

 

As you continue to attend parties, class reunions and social gatherings at the homes, cottages or other venues of the “A” group, where they fly their Trump/GOP flags as they are “buying your friendship/participation” in their DJT/GQP cause in subtle ways, you are graciously accepting their gifts (food, drinks etc) of persuasion and allowing them to con you in a “Trumpian/con-artist” fashion. When you depart from these gatherings, take a minute and pat yourself on the back for assisting these “US enemies within” in their goal of having a GOP dominated US authoritarian Autocracy starting in January 2025 after Trump or DeSantass or someone of their Ugly GOP ilk is elected in 2024; or better yet, start having a SPINE, and quit catering to these internal ENEMIES.

 

For those in ‘”A” or “B”, your offspring themselves and many generations to follow will have to suffer the consequences for multiple decades because of your selfish and cowardice actions and inactions at this critical time in USA & World history, and it is something that will stay with you until your last living/dying breath. Something else those Groups “A” and “B” individual will have to think about on their death bed, is how they SPIT on their father’s and grandfather’s graves who fought in WW1 or WW2 to preserve democracy and freedom, as you went along day to day supporting the Ugly Republicans who were allowed to turn our nation into an autocracy. And these individuals will have many days to ponder in their later years how they gave their allegiance to the GOP who are continually getting UGLIER, all blasphemously in name of Christ (like Putin). So maybe you can receive Communion because you were against abortion and women having the right to choose on that decision, and you listened to your parish priests telling you to hold firm on your position on abortion, and not to get distracted by all the PEDOFILE offenses that have occurred unchecked over the centuries by the priesthood under different papacies.

By ignorantly pledging your allegiance to this UGLY and EVIL GOP, or by catering and being an appeaser to these individuals who worship at the ALTAR of GREED and POWER, you will be helping them achieve their goals of: (a) gutting the Constitution; (b) deconstructing government so it will serve public less, and serve capitalists more; (c) reversing civil rights for women, disabled, and others; and (d) continually defying and canceling the Constitution like our Confederate enemies of the past.

DO YOU BLAME ME?

Please understand, people who have WARPED PRINCIPLES (GOP MAGAs), just do not qualify as worthy family/friends.

Many don’t grasp seriousness of US situation? “Ain’t no” different now than Confederates vs Union, or Allies vs Nazis/Fascists. As before, often family/friends end up on opposing sides maybe battling each other someday. IT REALLY COULD COME TO THAT! Principled people choose principles over family/friends. Trump loving GOP MAGAs should really give this some serious thought (watch some gruesome WW2 and US Civil War movies and think of your friends & family and the aftermath of war/battle that may be on the horizon).

Some say “But it’s your family and you have to STICK WITH THEM”, but for me and my Fascist GOP MAGA (not all of them) family & friends, I DO NOT HAVE TO STICK MYSELF TO THEM, AND I WILL NOT. The can go ahead and continue SPITTING on my Father, Carmelo’s grave, as they’re forgetting all about the fact that Carmelo fought as a US Sergeant in WW2 in Italy against the “Black Shirt” Mussolini Fascists, who were his former Italian motherland compatriots. Eventually the Allied Forces merged together from battles in Salerno/Naples (my father with that group), Cassino and Anzio/Nettuno, and proceeded to march into Rome and drove out the German occupiers. Not long after, the Germans retreated back to Germany and arrived there about the time the coward Adolph Hitler and his wife were committing suicide in the bunker where he was holed up. In that same time frame, Mussolini was on the run trying to escape from Italy, but before he got to the northern border at Switzerland in the Alps, an Italian patriot Fascist Resistance group captured Benito Mussolini and then executed him and his mistress. Their bodies were taken to Piazzale Loreto, near central Milan, where the Italian patriots hung the two bodies upside down at the public square for a number of days to celebrate his defeat and the end of Italian Fascist regime and his “Black Shirt” loyalists.

In the fall of 2022, if everyone is afraid to stand up to the Trump GOP MAGA “Red Shirts”, and worried about hurting someone’s feelings, or severing ties with family/friends, we’re doomed! My hope is that I will be able to get to my nieces & nephews and free them from the grasp and influence of my GOP MAGA siblings and their spouses, who are like a modern day Jim Jones brain washing their offspring, and getting the kool aid ready when it all fails when the realization finally hits them that Trump and all his GOP cronies and sycophants are a bunch of snake oil salesmen conning the populous into believing they, and they alone will make their lives better, when in fact, these con artists are just leaching off of the gullible citizenry.

Some say: “What’s the big deal Jimmy? Why do you care so much about future of humanity & planet? After all, your remaining years are dwindling quickly, and you ain’t got no skin in the game not having a wife or offspring?” Which is a real good moronic point? But what some are failing to realize is that I care about the LaMancusa & Donazzolo family of Carmelo & Nida LaMancusa, Bernardo & Clotilda Donazzolo, Giusseppe & Antonina LaMancusa and the great, and great great grandparents etc who came before them. And I care about the present & future of this family, and I dearly love all my nieces & nephews, and the great & great great nieces & nephews etc and those who are yet to come.

 

The latter is a lot more important to me than the stardom of local W MI Facebook (FB) account contributors, like the queen & king of W MI FB, one of my sister-in-laws, and my younger salesman brother. I know oldest sibling, my sister, doesn’t like to broach this subject, because she doesn’t want to create a rift in the family, and she really enjoys time with the principal MAGAs in the family at their lakefront properties, going out boating, swimming etc. But you know, the latter isn’t as important as the long-term survival of our freedom & democracy, our family, humanity as a whole, and the planet.

 

Some studying and comprehension of actual USA and world history is quite important right now (not Netflix or Amazon Prime Video etc), because you must recognize that former compatriots, acquaintances and family members fought against each other and injured and killed each other in the US Civil War. And as I said before, my father, Carmelo LaMancusa fought for USA ( Sergeant) in WW2 in Italy and fought and likely injured & killed some of his former fellow native Italians/compatriots who were in allegiance with the Mussolini “Black Shirt” Fascists. And now we have the Trump/GOP MAGA “Red Shirts”, proponents of US GOP Autocratic Fascist rule, which could come as early as 2024, after which, we will be stuck with it for multiple decades.

 

Now if that’s what you want and you want to follow in the footsteps of W MI FB queen & king, and become Marjorie Green, Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, or Lauren Boebert, then that’s what you and your offspring will get, and believe me, you will regret it when the aftermath eventually hits US and your family. Just because you look like Marjorie Taylor Green (sister-in-law’s offspring), doesn’t mean you have to act like her.

 

Take the time and watch some gruesome US Civil War and World War II movies so you can get a feel for yours and your offspring’s future if you choose the wrong path following your MAGA “Red Shirt” leaders, my highly vocal and opinionated (uniformed/misinformed/disinformed type) sister-in-law and younger brother. And I wish my brother to that sister-in-law recognized all the damage his spouse is doing by worshipping Trump like he is the Chosen One.

Dahh Trump GOP MAGA group are moving quickly to pave the way for complete takeover of US political system to bring US soon to dahh beginning of GOP Autocratic Rule starting in Jan 2025 after Trump is elected 2nd time in Nov 2024.

 

In their efforts to assure that GOP minority (35-40%) of US voters maintain control over the majority (55-65%) of US voters, they have perfected the voting district gerrymandering process to completely control state legislatures with super majorities in purple states (Dems = 55-65% of total voters), while at same time gaining enough gerrymandered seats in the US Districts to guarantee that they will for certain take control of the US House in 2023 by orchestrating wins in Nov 2022 election.

 

Already, and especially after the latter, the GOP controlled state legislatures unConstitutionally are perfecting the electoral college system in their states, which allows these states to have their state “electors” vote in favor of GOP candidates for US President & VP in ’24/’25, regardless if the majority of voters in their state voted Democrat in the Nov 2024 election as mandated by their state legislature, governor or secretary of state.

 

Because of the aforementioned devilish, crafty and unConstitutional tactics of the GOP going unchecked by the cowardly US DOJ/AG and US President Biden (e.g., by Emergency Executive Order), our US democratic republic is being torn away from US by GOP plainly right before our eyes! And all the Dem Party and their leaders can do and say, is “citizens Vote Like Hell like your lives depends on it”. Well the latter, no matter how great, may not be enough, and even if it is, the GOP will dispute the results, and they have 67% to 33% control of the US Supreme Court, so any court cases regarding elections and other matters will surely be decided in their favor.

 

As always, the GREEDY & Power Hungry GOP and Big Corps & the ultra-wealthy are melding together for their self aggrandizement at the expense & detriment (rights, protections etc) of women, minorities, LGBTQ, the young, innocent, defenseless, impoverished, starving, shelterless, thirsty & mentally/physically ill; while at the same these greedy individuals & corporate officials line up for space travel and are staking their claims in advance on diminishing livable space on our planet.

 

The aforementioned Evil, Greedy & Power hungry GOP individuals and giant corporations, who have hoodwinked the gullible MAGAs, don’t care one iota about what’s best for humanity as a whole or our planet Earth; and they DO NOT ADVOCATE for GOOD/UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES such as working:

 

 

(1) CGU: For the betterment of Common Good in a United manner;

 

(2) PEWHASOP: To Protect Environment, Wellbeing & Health And Safety Of People;

 

(3) PACATO: In unison with Principled American Citizens & Allies from near & afar, who Together are Orchestrating in beneficial manner for benefit of humanity & our planet.

 

Instead, they pass unConstitutional anti-voting rights laws in their GOP controlled states along with enacting voting subversion tactics, as our cowardly US President Biden (not Abe-like) and US DOJ Attorney General Merrick Garland (still banking on SCOTUS judgeship) sit idly (and safely) by, praying and hoping for the best for their historical personal US legacies, instead of concentrating bravely on saving our democratic republic from the GOP MAGA villains. How far do the GOP states have to go before Biden will take decisive and effective action? The Confederates of the past did not like the Union (so called “northern aggressors”) telling them they couldn’t own African slaves anymore, and perhaps the modern day GOP Confederates will want some other kind of modern day slave other than Africans? If they do that in 2022 or 2023, will that be permissible in Biden’s and Austin’s eyes? After all, these GOP controlled states believe they should be able to do whatever their GOP legislatures pass regardless of whether it complies with the US Constitution. Let’s face, with the GOP we’re moving BACK in TIME. For example women, if you’re thinking of dating one of these GOP guys, realize these CAVEMEN will soon be carrying clubs once again to get their way with you, and after they IMPREGNATE you, you’ll be forced to carry their DEVIL CHILD to term.

 

So, has BIDEN forgotten his Constitutional duties? He is after all, the US Commander in Chief of US Armed Forces. Both the US President (& VP Harris) and US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin have a Constitutional duty to protect & defend our Constitution, and if they don’t, they are considered US Insurrectionists! And state GOP public officials passing and enacting unConstitutional anti-voting rights laws and election subversion tactics are CLEARLY USA Insurrectionists! States (& local governments) must first and foremost fully abide to the US Constitution (not optional). What’s going on and allowed to continue IS SIMPLY WRONG, UNCONSTITUTIONAL & ILLEGAL, and NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! It is not a time for Biden to be cautiously trying to preserve his 40-year politician legacy, it should be more about President Biden acting now by issuing an Executive Order to save our democratic republic!

 

SO SO VERY VERY SAD and PATHETIC!

 

That which is RIGHTEOUS & GOOD, simply being defeated by that which is WRONG & EVIL!
